Adversity has primed Bo Nix for a Heisman run and Oregon to national contenders!
“Our human nature, we want to stay away from (adversity), as much as possible,” Nix says. “So when we’re hit with it, when we confront it, it’s how do you strategically work around it or how do you get through it? That’s a muscle you gotta work. You have to go through it to grow it. I’m to the point where I’m mature enough to actually see that and differentiate those thoughts: What did I do well in that moment that I can hang on to? Or what did I do poorly in that moment that I need to resolve or fix?”
